About the role

As Customer Marketing Modern Trade Coordinator, you will be accountable for participating proactively in the  performance targets of brand activities in the country, driving value creation for our company. You will participate in the the planning and execution of consumer and customer programs for the brands.

  • You will contribute by doing the situation assessment for the performance of our brands and customers (Data analysis) as part of the annual integrated activity planning process
  • You will be responsible of designing and executing with excellence all the modern trade and convenience customer programmes
  • You will manage and be accountable on the promotion budget for our brands
  • You will ensure all brand activities/projects are measured and evaluated as define in the IAP plan.
You will build best in class consumer marketing and commercial capabilities that will enable us to win in the sell out of the marketplace. 

Responsibilities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Performance Management
  • Accountable for delivery brands and customers performance targets in the country (revenue, profitability, share)
  • Rigorously manage brand promotional budget, as assigned to you by your Customer Marketing Manager, in order to minimize costs and optimize returns on investment
  • Actively monitor Brand KPIs and provide guidance on corrective action to achieve agreed objectives
  • Understand how to bring value on the brand Category P&L
  • Ensures measurement and evaluation for 100% of the activities executed
Drive Results & Excellence in Execution
  • Deliver on key Cluster financial targets (NSV, NSV per case, gross profit, gross profit per case, profitability, ROI and value share) versus budget.
  • Actively contributes with data to the brand and client growth framework that embeds an occasion based approach which informs the “Where to Play” strategy and the “How to Win” execution through the IAP process.
  • Executes with excellence all the Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) programs 

Integrated Brand Communication
  • Executes the global brand assets, as assigned by Region
  • Ensures that brand assets adhere to global brand guidelines and local social responsibility policies and regulations.
 
Creating a Winning Team
  • Actively support effective matrix working Nationwide 

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will have/be
  • Experience in roles related to understanding customer and channel dynamics
  • Proficiency in English language skills
The following experiences are preferred: 
  • Customer Marketing experience
  • Experience in the Spirits and/or overall beverage Industry is a distinct advantage
  • Local & English  language(s) knowledge
