About the role

WHAT DOES A CUSTOMER MARKETING DO?

As Customer Marketing Executive, you will be accountable for driving the implementation of the brand plans across the UAE in collaboration with internal stakeholders & external partners.

You will seek to deliver world-class activations that will enhance the sales performance of our portfolio of brands and further improve their brand equity.

Your ability to  communicate clearly will be instrumental for you to work collaboratively across stakeholders. Responsibilities

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
  • Assist in driving the Integrated Annual Planning process internally and with distributors.
  • Develop Joint Business Plans with key customers in Retail & On-trade.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure a flawless and timely implementation of programs in the market, delivering exceptional execution for high profile market events of scale.
  • Manage the A&P budget assigned for projects while negotiating the best procurement deals and traking the spending efficently.  
  • Measure & Evaluate the performance of activities that are implemented directly or via partners with the wrap-up of each, and report results monthly.

Skills and Experience

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Marketing role in the Alcobev industry, Beauty & Cosmetics, or FMCG. 
  • Fluent at briefing agencies and managing several projects simultaneously.
  • Capable of planning, leading, and executing large scale events from start to finish.
  • Comfortable working with numerical analysis and extracting key business insights.
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Able to report, analyse, measure the efficiency of your strategy in the market.
