About the role

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As the intern in the Customer Marketing team you will work on the full Bacardi-Martini portfolio and you:
  • Are the connection between marketing and sales, and it is your responsibility to help translate the national marketing plans to our different customers (both off and on-trade) in the Nordics. 
  • Will be the go- to person for the local commercial teams for all aspects relating to activations of the brands. You will be responsible for keeping them informed & updated through the activity communications process. 
  • Make sure our brands have the most impactful presentation in the on-trade and at events. For example tasting for Bombay Sapphire at Gin Fairs and Festival planning and execution for Bacardi.  
  • Will be helping with the local team deliver seamless consumer journeys and digitise the consumer/ shopper experience – ex using QR codes and menus.
  • Will ensure our focus internal sales platforms are updated on a regular basis providing sales with the best tools to deliver against their KPI’s. 
  • Work on thoroughly evaluating the activations to make sure all budges are used as effectively as possible.  
  • Will work closely together with our field force, advocacy and commercial activation managers as they are the ones that put your great brand building plans in market
  • Lead briefings to our external agencies, making sure they understand our goals and KPI’s for specific activations and are compliant with local regulations.   
  • Next to working with the full team, you will also get some of your own projects across the brands.

Skills and Experience

ABOUT YOU
  • You are / have:
    • in the end phase of your bachelor or master education;
    • available for at least 6 months
    • a go-getter, passionate, proactive and social
    • strong numerical, analytical and communication skills. Competence in digital marketing is advantageous.
    • affinity with the hospitality & alcoholic beverage world;
    • advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
    • proficiency in English, fluent in Swedish or Norwegian
