  • As the intern in the Customer Marketing team you will work on the full Bacardi-Martini portfolio.
  • Next to working with the full team, you will also get some of your own projects across the brands. 


ABOUT YOU
You are / have:
  • in the end phase of your bachelor or master education;
  • available for at least 4 months
  • a go-getter, proactive, analytical, independent, social;
  • a strong affinity with the hospitality & alcoholic beverage world;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Proficiency in English, fluent in Dutch

Responsibilities

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT HEART, YOU WILL:
  • Are the connection between marketing and sales, and it is your responsibility to help translate the national marketing plans to our different customers (both off and on-trade). 
  • Will be the go- to person for the local commercial teams for all aspects relating to activations of the brands. You will be responsible for keeping them informed & updated through the activity communiations process. 
  • Make sure our brands have the most impactful presentation on the shopfloor. As an example, you can think of shelf activations for Bacardi or tastings experiences for Martini at well-known stores like Gall & Gall or Delhaize. 
  • Will be helping with the local management of brand related Point Of Sale Materials (POSM) ensuring we have the right tools to deliver against the local market commercial Key Performance Indicators (KPI), that these are used effectively and stock is managed efficiently. 
  • Will ensure our focus internal sales platforms are updated on a regular basis providing sales with the best tools to deliver against their KPI’s. 
  • Work on thoroughly evaluating the activations to make sure all budges are used as effectively as possible.  
  • Will work closely together with our field force, as they are the ones that put your great plans on shopfloor.
  • Lead briefings to our external agencies, making sure they understand our goals and KPI’s for specific activations.   
  • Next to working with the full team, you will also get some of your own projects across the brands.
