  • In this role you will be responsible for delivering excellent execution of the Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) for Switzerland for both the on & off trade channels (gastronomy & retail). Your focus will be on the full Bacardi-Martini portfolio.
  • You will play a crucial role in working with Regional Marketing Managers & external agencies to develop and execute marketing programs and activities to ensure we win across all channels. As part of this process you will be expected to lead external agency briefs both creative & production to adapt & execute toolkits for use in Switzerland. 
  • You will be the go to person for the local commercial teams for all aspects relating to execution of the IAP activation for your brand and will be responsible for keeping them informed & updated through the activity communications process. 
  • You will be a key member of the cycle plan meeting process ensuring effective tracking of your brands performance, related IAP activities and work with the commercial teams on course corrective actions if required. It will be within your responsibility to act and follow-up on identified opportunities to drive the business. 
  • You will be responsible for the local management of brand related Point of Sale Material ensuring we have the right tools to deliver against the local market commercial KPI’s and that these are utilized in and effective and efficient way. 
  • You will ensure our focus selling platforms are updated on a regular basis providing sales with the best tools to deliver against their KPI’s. 

The nature of the role will mean most of your time will be spent in Vienna and you will be travelling to the managed market (Switzerland) frequently. Due to the international aspect of our CPA team, some travel will be necessary across Europe.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:
  • Bachelor/ Masters in Economics, Marketing and Sales focus, with relevant job experience
  • Conceptual and structured way of working, problem solving & result oriented
  • Strong analytical skills, to transform insights into actions Proficiency in English Knowledge of French Comprehension of competitive market for Brand and Category and how to use available data to develop initiatives to grow our brands Remains abreast of legal regulations in the industry for Switzerland
  • Authentic style who acts with purpose and determination
  • Strong communication skills and gravitas with the ability to present credibly to Cluster and Regional stakeholders
  • Socially engaging we want someone who will love this job and make that clear for everyone they work with!
