About the role

Your Opportunity

In this role you will be accountable to tailor the Hub Customer Marketing programs and execute them in your market. Your ability to manage multiple projects at any given time will be key, as will be your comfort in working seamlessly within the matrix, in particular with the Hub Commercial & Marketing team and our local 3rd party distributors. 
In this role, you will primarily be based in the Buenos Aires office where you will be working with multifunctional team colleagues. However, you will be part of the broader Customer Marketing Community across the Hub and the Region and as such there will be some travel to other markets.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • In this role you will be accountable to tailor the Hub Customer Marketing programs and execute them in your market. Your ability to manage multiple projects at any given time will be key, as will be your comfort in working seamlessly within the matrix, in particular with the Hub Commercial & Marketing team and our local 3rd party distributors. 
  • You will build best in class customer marketing and commercial capabilities at a Country level that will enable us to win in the marketplace
  • You will align our local distributor, Customer Marketing and Commercial teams on the “Where to Play” and “How to Win” brand/channel strategies and plans 
  • You will provide strong commercial insight into the IAP process to ensure the effective commecialization and execution of our strategic plans. You will also ensure that the Hub team understand local needs for Activity materials – both level of detail and timing required to ensure full customer support
  • Implement strategies to drive sustainable NSV/case growth by leading execution of best in class RGM practices that enables us to Set, Get and  Keep price as well as to optimize mix .
  • You will be the champion of executional excellence, tailoring the Picture of Success for local channel segments and customers as needed. 
  • In this role, you will primarily be based in the Buenos Aires office where you will be working with multifunctional team colleagues. However, you will be part of the broader Customer Marketing Community across the Hub and the Region and as such there will be some travel to other markets.
Drive results & excellence in execution
  • Deliver on key Country financial targets (NSV, NSV/cs, gross profit, gross profit / case, profitability, ROI and value share) versus Budget.
  • Implement Channel Strategies that through the Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) process are converted into winning value propositions.
  • Lead the Country IAP process influencing our strategic plans and ensuring your market has the assets and tools to win in the market place.
  • Lead the conversation with our local distributor, bringing plans to life through their capabilities and expertise. 
  • Build the capability to manage and drive profitability by channel enabling customer marketing and commercial teams to effectively allocate resources and maximize ROI.
  • Build Customer Marketing projects with external partners and ensure their execution in Argentina, exporting best practices to other Hub markets. 
Develop talent and capability 
  • Together with Commercial Manager, own and embed the Bacardi Commercial Way framework to  build the organisation’s capacity to deliver year on year value growth and build best in class Commercial capabilities 
  • Build a learning organization by creating a “share, steal and reapply” culture that systematically identifies and rolls-out best practices and creates synergies. 
  • Work with the Commercial team to build and resource, capabilities and sustained ways of working in Customer Marketing

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Customer Marketing experience in progressive roles, leading different Trade / Channels projects
  • Deep knowledge of Argentinean Trade dynamics: channels, customers, brands. 
  • Experience designing and implementing customer marketing plans
  • Relevant experiences in E-Commerce and/or Revenue Growth Management are a plus.
  • Experience in multiple specialty areas: Digital, innovation, Promotions, POP materials development, etc. 
  • Verbal/written skills at all levels in an organization; ability to generate meaningful presentations
  • Degree and/or professional Sales / Trade Marketing qualifications
  • Fluent command in English is desirable
