Embark on your Next Move

Our Customer Planning & Activation (CP&A) plans are rapidly expanding into new channels & categories, making way for a new CP&A Senior Executive, On Trade position to be based in Sydney. Reporting to the CP&A Senior Manager, you will be a proven people and customer marketing leader, with strong commercial acumen to drive results. You will possess a fearless, and founder’s mentality, with the ability to balance customer needs with the needs of our brands.


Collaborating cross functionally across sales, marketing & operations, your core focus will be to drive and deliver best in class brand activation within key national on-trade customers (e.g. Solotel) . You will also lead BTL Customer Marketing plans for your dedicated portfolio, to deliver an omni channel shopper journey alongside consistent BVI, efficient execution process and a TTL strategic approach.

Responsibilities

With our consumers at the heart, your key focus will be:

  • Effectively understanding the Brand led consumer JTBD and seek out the relevant shopper insights, consumer & shopper decision journeys to create brand specific shopper & customer JBTD by brand
  • Partnering with the senior customers marketing leads, understanding their customer insights, category strategies and how our BMA plans can be translated into customer facing plans
  • Being the synergy between brand and customer that translates strategy into action to win in the marketplace
  • Developing and delivering best in class activity, creating sustainable growth for our customers and brands from briefing to execution and evaluation
  • Leading strategy of POSM, Brand Visibility & Digital Collateral aligned to Brand BVI ensuring quality control and consistency whilst in accordance with ABAC regulations.

Skills and Experience

Your passionate, collaborative and self-driven nature will be key, along with, but not limited to the following:

  • Experience within the FMCG marketing space, with liquor/luxury being a plus
  • Proven capability and experience in customer marketing, including the ability to grow business brands through customer activations
  • Advanced understanding of the agency/customer briefing process
  • Ability to develop customer and brand activation plans, with a deep understanding of the decision journey, JBTD and customer strategies
  • Understanding of traditional offline levers as well as digital online transaction drivers irrespective of consumer or customer platform, with the ability to drive an integrated frictionless journey
