About the role

WHAT DOES A Customer Service Executive DO?

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for ensuring the daily processing of orders that arrive automatically and are generated manually (Modern & Traditional Trade). They are also responsible for inventory allocation, as well as raising their hand in case of out-of-stock alerts to the Planning team. Maintains performance metrics through the use of standard processes and best practices. Being a facilitator, the CSR MX is expected to provide attention and service to the Commercial team and Bacardi's 3pl supplier (Solistica), in order to make the supply chain more efficient and help in the solution of situations and needs that arise in the operation.

Responsibilities

RESPONSABILIDADES
  • Ingreso en SAP de Pedidos de Clientes (Manuales).
  • Validación de precios y códigos con error de pedidos ingresados en SAP (manuales y automáticos).
  • Validación de Buzón de Errores en SAP (SBWP).
  • Generación de reportes Internos para uso e información Comercial y Planning.
  • Reporte diario de pedidos bloqueados por crédito para el equipo de BES/Comercial (Zo007)
  • Generación de Allocation (asignación de stock) en SAP de clientes de canal mayoreo y moderno.
  • Notificación de códigos que presenten riesgo de stock a Planning y al Área Comercial (CPFR), para definir planes de acción.
  • Codificación, validación y mejora de indicador OTIF (On Time - In Full) mediante el análisis de reporte BOA.
  • Colaboración en reuniones comerciales (Control Room) para exponer casos de riesgo, dar respuesta a solicitudes especiales, visualización y avance de presupuesto mensual.
  • Seguimiento a incidencias reportadas con cliente (Código cambiado, Rechazo en descarga, Daño en descarga), etc.
  • Autorización y/o validación de Rechazos de Cliente reportados por Solistica.
  • Atención y direccionamiento de Quejas y Reclamaciones de clientes.
  • Timbrado en Edicom de facturas con algún error.
  • Limpieza de Buzones VFX3 y VF04.
  • Validación y generación de Notas de Crédito por Rechazos y Devoluciones.
  • Implementación de estrategias para lograr la facturación y entrega de producto para clientes a nivel Nacional 

Skills and Experience

EDUCACION 
  • Educación Mínima: Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas y/o carrera afín
  • Idiomas: Inglés intermedio
  • Disponibilidad para viajar: Sí

  • EXPERIENCIA
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en Logística y Customer Service 
  • Experiencia deseable en SAP & BI

CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECIFICOS / FORMACIÓN
General, Sistema de calidad e inocuidad, ambiental, seguridad y salud ocupacional, etc.
  • MICROSOFT OFFICE
  • SAP 

CONOCIMIENTOS GENERALES DE LOGÍSTICA 
Conocimientos de Sistema Ambiental de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional:
Sistema de gestión Integrado (ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001, HACCP)
