About the role

Your Opportunity
  • Directly responsible for the Customer Service and Logistics teams, coordinating full activities and processes of them.
  • Coordinate the 3PL warehouses and all co-packer operations, following the different inflows and outflows.
  • Lead entire logistics & customer projects to continuously improve operation in Brazil.
  • Ensure the correct execution of the policies for level of stock in terms of supplies, raw materials and finished goods.
  • Ensure all compliance over the processes of ordering, invoicing and logistic flows.
  • Coordinate activities and communications among client, suppliers and internal teams ensuring compliance with deadlines and goals.
  • Acting as Business Partner of the Sales team, supporting customer service with high quality standards of Bacardí.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Monitor with the team progress of sales, shipments and deliveries to customers.
  • Analyze and drive actions over the daily operational report (sent by 3PL)
  • Analyze and coordinate activities over physical stock management, including returns to CD, quality controls, etc.
  • Manage the operations team (Customer and logistics) supporting all routine activities, tasks time controls, certificates, free time, etc.
  • Manage and control all supplies to logistic operation such as PBR pallets on CD, carton boxes, etc.
  • Align and execute all supply plan with the Planning area, including national production and imported products.
  • Support Customer Service team to improve stock allocation, order release and freight consolidation activities.
  • Evaluate CD capacities against volumes estimations.
  • Monitoring billing activities with logistic suppliers (DCs & Transporters).
  • Coordinate transfer orders between plants and DCs.
  • Manage all inventory count activities in all sites: DCs and Copackers.
  • Coordinate all outputs from inventories controls and its impacts to Bacardi, such as cost adjustments, SOX reports, write-offs, etc.
  • Generate SOX reports and develop controls with Finance teams.
  • Lead and drive all improvement action plans with 3PLs.
  • Assure month end targets of stock level, costs and deliveries according to BUD plans.
  • Analyze together with Finance OPS monthly cost performance providing analysis and explanations for eventual variances.
  • Lead and play Cost-to-Serve analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate risk with customers.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities for cost reduction, service improvement and supplier development.
  • Validate monthly 3PL billing report.
  • Map and execute PDCA cycles in all Customer and Logistics processes.
  • Coordinate Procure-to-Pay (PTP) services activities together with BES Hub.
  • Prepare and present to manager supply chain budget for logistics.

Critical Experiences for Success
  • Knowledge of the SAP SD/MM modules (orders, deliveries, shipments, invoices, inventory transactions MB51, “Nota Fiscal”).
  • Advanced knowledge on Excel and good level in the others MS Office tools
  • High Logistic network knowledge (operational area, cargo handling, inventories, stocks, warehouse control, transport controls, storage, freight, quality, etc.)
  • Process and procedure mentality, logical thinking, business vision and good analytical capacity.
  • +3 years minimum experience in leadership and teamwork with direct reports in Logistic AND Customer teams.
  • ‘Hands on’ mentality with sense of priority.
  • Advanced English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Availability to travel occasionally.
