About the role

Customer Service Representative will execute Customer Order Management functions for APAC GTR customers

Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute and manage order to cash (invoicing) transactions accurately and promptly
  • Work closely with Area Manager, Finance, Supply Chain, 3PL, business partners, distributors and end customers to ensure timely delivery of goods and smooth operation
  • Ensure smooth month-end financial reconciliation process on inventory and sales activity by the 1st working day of each month
  • Liaise with Area Manager and Supply Chain to ensure each market full take the commitments number of each promotion
  • Liaise with Area Manager and Tradall Trading team on timely renewal of yearly pricing to customer
  • Responsible to issue all commissions on a quarterly basis to pay due credit notes to agents
  • Support business objectives; deliver high level of service and performance
  • Co-ordinate with business partners and customers on claims due to shipping discrepancies (such as damage, short and over shipment, pricing etc.)
  • Ensure customer service and supply chain performance in line with SLA, proactively initiating dialog with Area Manager/ customers on key issues and driving solutions with the relevant functions to ensure targets are met
  • Highlight any shortfall on delivering customers requirements on time in full, analyze the impact and owns issue management process to ensure appropriate resolution
  • Handle enquires from business partners and customers
  • Ensure processes and executions are compliant with audit and other regulatory requirements
  • Support cost reduction and/or process improvement initiatives

Skills and Experience

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES NEEDED:
  • At least diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent
  • 5 years of customer order/supply chain management experience, preferably in Fast Moving
  • Consumer Goods environment#Strong Customer Service focus with positive mindset
  • Strong in analytical and organization skills, possess good communication skills with the ability to work well at all levels
  • Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Fluent in English and Chinese/ Mandarin to support Asian customers
  • Proficient in MS Office/ SAP/ Incoterm/ Export documentation is highly advantageous
