About the role

Bacardi is looking for a Digital Data Analyst to join our 121 Marketing Team!
Through the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you will conduct research and analyse multiple types of consumer data to develop insights and advise on how the business can put the consumer at the heart. You will have the chance to innovative and identify new growth opportunities through proposing new ways to activate against consumer data to enrich and deliver against the brands JTBD.
The Digital Data Analyst role is key in building a robust analytics framework that enables data-driven decision making by providing analytical insights and developing performance indicators, optimising data capture processes, and building scalable analytics solutions. You can offer actionable insights into the performance of brand campaigns and participate in answering business critical questions such incrementality, frequency, engagement, conversion and more.
By combining proven methodologies, deep technical expertise, design and strategy, the role takes an integrated approach to addressing the total immersive experience that engages and convert consumers.
This role is critical for the organization as it provides the most crucial insights, building and automating workflows and visualization tools that facilitate efficiency and scalability of 121 Marketing across the brands.


  • Work independently on data collection and preparation, transform complex datasets into pragmatic, actionable insights and solutions. 
  • Identify and implement segmentation opportunities, validate data integrity & personalization, and integrate the CRM or other databases with Marketing Cloud 
  • Responsible for process and systems to manage data quality, ensuring production data is correct for each brand campaign 
  • Examine and analyze performance data to help improve media campaigns 
  • Collecting data through means such as analysing business results or by setting up and managing new studies. 
  • Champion the latest methodologies, disruptive thinking and digital enablers that can accelerate our consumer data closeness and in turn actioning our marketing performance transformation 
  • Collaborates with analytics & marketing teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools and foster data-driven decision making to enhance brand campaigns 
  • Support in developing a process for brand and market teams to use the marketing cloud data in annual planning (IAP) to inform and influence business strategies 
  • Develop Playbooks & WoW with Marketing Cloud for brands and agencies to leverage as a self-service tool 
  • Monitor data and information management processes to ensure data quality and consistency 
  • Identify media efficiencies for ongoing and future brand campaigns through optimization and share best practices 
  • Maintain and drive key reports, metrics and workflows running within their scope 
  • Identify key stakeholders and manage them proactively through effective communication and addressing their needs 
  • Use data visualization skills and storytelling with conviction to drive actions from stakeholders 
  • Design and interpret quantitative experiments to objectively guide key business decision making 
  • Have the capacity to thrive in our fast-paced global matrix environment and adapt quickly to change

Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud 
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation processes and challenges 
  • Ability to discuss and define marketing automation architectures and processes with brands and agencies 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to convey complex analysis results clearly and with conviction to all levels 
  • Strong knowledge of reporting/visualization techniques 
  • Collaborator with strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and analytical reasoning 
  • Exceptional project management skills, able to manage multiple tasks and manage priorities as needed 
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; the ability to convey your message to team members and other stakeholders. 
  • Driven and results oriented personality
