About the role


WHAT DOES A DEMAND & MASTER DATA ANALYST DO?

The Demand & Master Data Analyst links the market business requirements to manufacturing operations.  The primary focus is to ensure the best demand signal to manufacturing to support production agility and optimized product availability. This includes measuring and vetting changes in demand, driving market forecast and customer orders to use correct product codes and enforce system driven product life cycle management and interchangeabilty. The role is pivotal in innovation planning and ensures a lean and & profitable production portfolio. 

The Demand & Master Data Analyst leads the monthly Supply Review and drives discipline on systematic ways of work including application of an aligned SLA between markets & manufacturing.  The role provides creative solutions to support dynamic market needs with an eye on overall efficiency. It also includes analysis of the Long-Term Demand Plan to conclude material changes and capacity implications to drive future readiness.

Responsibilities


WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
  • Measure, Validate and Communicate weekly replenishment evolution 

  • Challenge and improve the demand signal via disciplined communication with markets and customers to ensure the correct product codes are used and systematic product life cycle capabilities in place

  • Maintain a strong connection with brand and market teams to ensure deep understanding of needs

  • Lead the Supply Review and Portfolio Management processes for LAC OC

  • Accountable for the Long-Term Demand Plan for OC brands, Standard Costing and Budget processes.

  • Support innovation process with focus on lean portfolio optimization and master data readiness

  • Track, monitor and communicate KPIs: Order Fill Rate (OFR), Schedule Attainment, Schedule Mix Attainment, Block Planning Attainment, Availability, Capacity check, forecast accuracy, stock levels (DIOH) etc.

  • Ensure strong action plans in place to drive improvements in alignment with the BOS.

  • Drive optimized working capital and inventory holdings

  • Responsible for slow & no movers; proactive mitigation and communication for obsolescence and write off

Skills and Experience


THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, networking, and interpersonal relationship building.

  • Problem solving, critical thinking, detail oriented, multi-tasking, and project management.

  • Systems and process oriented, strong SAP knowledge.

  • Supply Chain knowledge (Production and Material Planning, Demand and Forecasting, Customer Service Focus)

  • Able to navigate short term actions into strategies. Ability to think quickly, creatively and challenge team to do the same.

  • Ability to handle stressful, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

PERSONAL QUALITIES
  • BA/BS required

  • Strong experience in Supply Chain

  • 2-5 years leadership experience

  • Fluent English & Spanish

OTHER
  • Some travel may be needed
