About the role

Your Opportunity

Lead the delivery of the new digital ways or working and tools across the globe that will enable our brands to connect to consumers in more relevant and personal ways and deliver profitable growth to deliver our BEST10 Strategy. Your focus will be to lead Digital Analytics & Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and across all channels and products.

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:

Detailed Accountability
  • Analytics and Measurement Product/ Enterprise Service Management (50%) (Analytics)
    • Act as Product Owner for Digital Analytics, Measurement and Reporting incl. SEO tools and services to support all digital channels delivering data feeds and actional insights to drive performance at all stages of the consumer experience (from SEO thru 121 conversion to commerce).
    • 100% Accountable for measurement on owned channels, and shared accountability with the 121 and Media Teams on Paid.
    • Manage the budget and partners for Instrumentation and Measurement across all owned channels.
    • Partner with Digital Transformation Product Owners, Brands and Markets to define data model, KPIs and reporting templates. 
    • Partner with Tech for the delivery of reporting dashboards.
    • Ensure that cross channel KPIs are identified, agreed and reported – e.g. conversion funnels.
    • Create a test and optimize culture based on data-driven decisions.
    • Develop and deliver training to Primos & agencies on digital measurement strategy & tools.
  • Grown Organic Search Traffic Volume and Quality (50%)  (SEO)
    • Partner with Brands, Owned Platform & Content  Studio Teams to identify SEO opportunities and turn then into convertible traffic, driving year-on-year, double digit, web traffic volume and quality growth across the brand portfolio, ensuring that our brands garner an appropriate share of search compared to our competitors.
    • Develop and showcase the business value that SEO can deliver and then develop joint annual plans for priority BMCs with Brands, Owned Platform & Content  Studio Teams.
    • You will own the SEO integrated plan and reporting. The Brand / Market and Studio teams will own content generation and the Owned Platform team will own the web site implementation.
    • Lead change management by influencing & galvanizing Primos and agencies to deliver against agreed SEO plans.

    • Influence and deliver a compelling vision for the future of your digital marketing products and services across the organization. Drive adoption and exploitation of existing and new transformational products & services by demonstrating business value to Bacardi.
    • Provide purpose and inspiration to Senior leaders, Brands, Regional and Functional teams to embrace and deliver new innovative ways of marketing. Collaborate to develop joint business plans and execute together
    • Develop and deliver communications & influencing plan.
    • Provide business requirements to the Tech Team to power the Digital Marketing Platform.
  • Relationships
    • Digital Transformation Product Owners -  Web, Social, Content, eCommerce, SEO. Etc.
    • SEM and Media – aligned ways of working and plans with the  SEM and Media teams.
    • IT / Tech – Provide business requirement for the Digital Marketing Platform (Performance, Asset Management, Reporting and Deployment Capability, etc)t to the Tech team who will be accountable for core technology product and service delivery.
    • Regional Digital Teams - ways of working, operational excellence, local enablement
    • Global and Regional Marketing – aligned plans, JBPs and collaborative projects to POC & deliver new ways of marketing
    • Insights – aligned plans for research, reporting and analytics from Digital Marketing products
    • Legal and Compliance – partnering to ensuring the platform components follow Responsible Marketing, Regulatory and Compliance directives.

Stakeholder / Change Leadership
  • Excellent stakeholder and change management skills across a complex matrix organization.
Project Management Skills
  • Projects Management across work (normally across markets / different brands) with accompanying WoW, reporting, communications, PM tools and responsibility for delivery using agile and waterfall methods.
Product & Service Management
  • Manage Digital Product roadmap and lifecycle to deliver business value in line with strategy.
  • Managing the training & utilization of product, Commercial & account relationship with supplier, Manage any ongoing product pipeline via supplier, Communicate the tools & service to the Business 
Digital Skills
  • Experience of digital content marketing, social media content & activation, content production and optimization
  • Experience of digital consumer experience design and delivery.
  • Experience of a range of digital marketing tools across a range of channels.
Budget Management
  • Manage a budget covering services, SLA, licenses fees with suppliers
  • Record / report / manage your allocated budget
Agency Management
  • Manage 3rd party agencies to ensure delivery, SOWs & Scopes are fulfilled
  • Manage relationship (account meetings) & budget
