About the role

Digital transformation is a key pillar to help the Incubation portfolio achieve its long-term growth targets through consumer discovery and love for our brands. 
  • Act as Social Brand Manager including content calendar creation, copywriting, uploading content, social listening, community engagement, reporting
  • Lead Incubation Brands Digital Transformation reporting and tracking
  • Manage multiple digital projects to support Digital Marketing Manager and local brand teams execution
  • Support with digital content creation

Responsibilities

  • Lead Incubation Digital Transformation reporting and tracking.
  • Manage multiple projects to support the Digital Marketing Manager and local brand teams execution.

  • Partner with brands to establish and update owned and operated digital community (e.g. website, social, YouTube, etc)
    • Develop quarterly content calendar for brand alignment and support brand with some content production
    • Develop and execute monthly content calendar for brand alignment, including copywriting for some or all posts
    • Manage social community platforms daily to respond to comments or direct messages
    • Manage paid, owned & earned social media with internal management tools
    • Deliver monthly analytics reporting to brand, including recommendations for optimization and to increase brand love
    • Effectively and dynamically context switch between individual brands within Incubation Seed Brands, driving all brands to successful outcomes (Single Malts, St Germain, Santa Teresa, Angel’s Envy, Teeling, Oxley, Leblon, Banks, Facundo, Noilly Prat)
    • Build partnerships across organisational, departmental and geographical boundaries to effectively stay connected to digital transformation journey and shared best practices

Skills and Experience

SKILLS
  • Global specialist digital marketing experience at a digital or media agency; Ideal candidate also has experience in digital marketing of a spirits/ beverage / luxury brand or similar 
  • Proven track record of creating and delivering against a strategy with results
  • Deep understanding of digital ecosystem and consumer touch points, including experience using Talkwalker, Hootsuite, Google Trends, etc.
  • Entrepreneurial and scrappy mindset with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with smaller budgets
  • Experience in managing a range of relationships (internal stakeholders up, down and across the organizational matrix)
  • An outstanding communicator and presenter both orally and visually
