About the role

Your Opportunity

You will be responsible for developing and executing the digital commerce strategy for the key national customers with on-line activity and pure players for achieving revenue, profit objectives (P&L management), while building brand awareness, consideration, and desire in the digital ecosystem.

This position is based in Mexico City and will have direct contact with different areas in the market (commercial, marketing, finance, among others) and will have the opportunity to learn and share best practices across the region and globally.

You should be able to adapt yourself to different platform and brands and lead complex projects that will help Bacardi’s portfolio to growth in E-Commerce.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Create and implement Digital Commerce strategies to achieve our Key-Accounts’ P&L targets.
  • Contribute to the negotiation of the annual terms and JBP planning ensuring a long-term sustainable investment and growth model for Bacardi brands.
  • Stay tuned with the local Sales team to identify and build portfolio opportunities in alignment and harmony with the price and promotional strategies with the rest of the customers (avoid conflict due to commercial conditions).
  • Work cross-functionally to manage trade investment and A&P budgets with Commercial Teams, Finance, Customer Marketing and Consumer Marketing. 
  • To be the local Digital Commerce expert to help build broad organizational Digital commerce expertise in alignment with the regional and global teams.
  • Further develop existing customer & consumer relationships through fact-based industry and category insights both at higher category level as well as using retailer specific data.
  • Build strong top-to-top relationships with key customers.
  • Align the KPIs and measurement tools for the accurate and assertive follow-up of the ecommerce plans performance.
  • Detect new market opportunities and insights.
