About the role

Your Opportunity

As a digital media expert with strong media insights, work in tight collaboration with the Brand team and eCommerce, to facilitate more performance-driven marketing programs.

You are also a marketer who places consumer insights at the heart of your work. You inspire others to explore new media that is on-trend and connects with young. consumers.  You can guide with media tools, especially social and commerce-driven digital media.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • As the Digital & Communication  Manager, responsible for all the digital strategy implementation and activation of Bacardi Brands to deliver best in class fully integrated digital communication solutions.
  • Partner with Local Brand Team and Region to develop Integrated Annual Planning (IAP) for key brands based on Bacardi Way of Growth guidance.
  • Ensure robust KPI management plan in place on all digital brand activities across, and track 3Es (Execution, Effectiveness, and Efficiency) of key brand activities and how that impacts brand metrics.
  • Implement digital media plans and monitor the whole process from briefing to post buy with Media Agency & Local Brand Team.
  • Establish Measurement & Evaluations; Act as a coordinator to manage daily projects execution including final reports, internal & external communication, payment, etc.
  • Work with Brand Team to come out with brand-specific media plans. 
  • Work with brand Team and agency for the daily operation of brand-owned digital channels. 
  • Become the local expert to provide advice to regional category teams on digital media tools and platforms that help drive brand awareness, engagement and maximize impact on consumers.
  • Support implementation of global/regional digital learning and development programs to build digital capability for all consumer and customer teams in Ukraine

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Experience in Digital Marketing +5 years, e.g., Consumer Marketing company, media/digital agency.
  • Learning agility to timely update marketing & digital area.
  • Proven expertise in merging digital with offline & experiential activations.
  • Self-starter and fundamental mindset of 3F (Fearless, Family and Founder spirits).
  • Fluent in English (Business Communication level).
The following experiences are preferred:
  • Understanding of the complexity of the local consumer landscape.
  • Understanding of needs of different generations and impact on their relationships with Bacardi products.
  • Experience in brand marketing.
  • Experience in working with a global team.
