About the role

Your Opportunity
  • Join the fastest growing area of Bacardi by owning the Amazon Media Relationship. 
  • Lead and own the day to day management of Amazon Media planning and execution in Europe (and any new markets that open). 
  • Set the strategy for driving category penetration through Amazon O&O platforms, execute with media agency and deliver reporting to all key Bacardi stakeholders
About You 

You will ensure that our organization has the insights and processes to capitalize on consumer trends, ensuring we are winning in real moments that matter through a global partnership with Amazon Advertising.


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:

Supporting the Performance Marketing Team in agitating and activating Amazon Advertising across Europe. 

You must be able to take a strategic business approach while managing multiple projects, partner relationships, and agency relationships. You must demonstrate comfort in advising brands, balancing strategy to action, influencing across levels and communicating the programming and information with simplicity, speed and maximum impact. 
  • Support the Performance Marketing Director in agitating and activating programmatic display plans across Europe with a core focus on Amazon Advertising
  • Working closely with brand teams, media agencies and partners to innovate and accelerate Bacardi’s performance marketing across Europe on Amazon
  • Lead in planning and activating of Amazon media with media agencies and brand teams to align content, targeting and campaigns
  • Fuel insights, trends and unlock future growth opportunities that will drive engagement with the right consumer base (by brand/by occasion)
  • Lead third party agency scope where applicable 
  • Working closely with the DC Commercial team on driving awareness of all innovation launches, and working on conversion driving opportunities for existing brand plans
  • Create innovative approaches to new at home moments, increasing penetration and capitalizing on new occasions 

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • 5+ years marketing experience -  ecommerce experience preferable
  • A bachelor´s degree is required
  • Proven success in developing key partner relationships
  • Experience in marketing strategy development
  • Strong presentation & communication skills as well as proficiency in numeracy
  • Informed on technology, trends and partners in the digital space with refined understanding of how to implement relevant change 
  • Experience in taking consumer insights and turning them into creative experiences 
  • Strong industry knowledge (Internal and External)
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; further languages of Spanish, Italian French and/or German are a plus
