Responsibilities
- Fuel and foster new strategic business relationships
- Identify new New Routes/Platforms/Areas of growth ~ Loyalty, Subscription, Gaming, Video, Amazon Formats, Streaming, AR/VR
- MarTech connecting new technologies to marketing opportunities ~ Mobile, Home-Connected, Life-Connected
- Agile Digital Execution leading key pilot opportunities for experimentation and advancement around digital strategy and transformation in collaboration with Global and Regional Marketing leadership
- MixLab Connectivity | Direct-To-Consumer platforms
- Open 365 NAM leader; set timelines, KPIs for roll out of 6 Open 365 Digital vertical frameworks across Bacardi NAM
- Launch each vertical across the organization including learning tools, live expert sessions, Global engagement, KPI setting; Establishing individual learning ‘tracks’ by function (Commercial)
- Become SME on each Open 365 Vertical articulating objectives and presenting to both Sr leadership and organization at large
- Own E-Consultancy (Online capability platform of Open 365) relationship for NAM to capture relevant KPIs
- Manage implementation of business drivers “Bacardi Sprints” and ‘1PD Data Focus’
Skills and Experience
- +8 years of Marketing, partnership development with clear understanding of full end2end user journey: search, mobile, media, web, email, social and paid media leading to full conversion. Brick + Click synergies and impact
- 5+ years AlcBev experience leading and executing key initiatives end2end with a track record of bringing large ideas to life within the Bacardi ecosystem
- 5+ years working in complex, legal intensive, relationship management, IT collaborative, agency leading environments
- Extensive experience in contract negotiations with external partners
- Experience managing and developing cross-functional relationships both internally and externally: Brand/Portfolio, Performance Marketing, Finance, Legal/Regulatory, Global, Agency, Commercial, CP&A, Distributor
- Strong research and analytical skills (metrics driven) with a proven ability to consume and understand data to get to clear results, attribution and optimization
- Passion, ambition and real hunger to ‘navigate the unknown’ while impacting sales, build relationships and thrive under the pressure of a high profile division
- Innovator, self-starter that proactively identifies new opportunities; Strong communicator with skills to engage wide range of internal and external partners/key stakeholders
- Problem solving, mitigating legal barriers and legislative roadblocks
