About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive results & excellence in execution
- Deliver on key financial targets (NSV, Gross Profit)
- Deliver on Pictures of Success(PoS) targets to deliver excellence in execution.
- Develop and manage the sales plan for your area based on delivery of Commercial priorities and the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP)
- Monitor state wise performance on a monthly/quarterly basis to ensure delivery of forecast and budget volume & value.
- Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with customers, and key stakeholders
- Manage A&P spends & Trade schemes as per the budget
- Drive brand mix for premiumization
- Drive achievement of Legacy targets
- Develop talent and capability
- Implement learning and development plans for your team
- Train and coach your team
- Implement standardized Commercial best practices
- Input into decisions related to key people in your team
- Connect resources and capabilities (e.g. Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Point of Sale (POS), research, selling support materials) to support local business objectives
- Create a winning team
- Work with the Cluster/State Manager to build a shared sense of purpose among your sales teams
- Align all employees behind the targets and create a passion for winning in the organization
- Recognize & Reward accomplishments and behaviors in a timely manner
- Ensure all employees have a knowledge of Bacardi history and culture
Skills and Experience
- Experience in Customer Marketing (e.g. Purchaser/Shopper Marketing, Category Management Sales and Channel Strategy)
- Commercial skills gained through hands on Commercial roles
- Experience in roles related to understanding customer and channel dynamics
- Proficiency in English language skills
- Sales / Marketing experience
- Experience within one or more companies that have an established reputation for category management excellence
- Experience in the Spirits and/or overall beverage Industry is a distinct advantage
- Local Country language(s) knowledge
