About the role

Your Opportunity

As a member of Bacardi China's fastest growing business team, you will have the most comprehensive understanding of the entire Bacardi China customers. At the same time, your will  establishing good cooperative relationships with different existing and new business partners, such as Tmall, JD, WeChat Mall, and Ele.me, Meituan, Xiaohongshu, etc.
The individual in this role, ECRM manager will be expected to establish and achieve aggressive and realistic revenue targets for Bacardi China’s digital Commerce.

About You 

ECRM Manager be a collaborative, inclusive, and team-driven role that has entrepreneurial drive. She is proficient in using user value system model and AARRR model, sensitive to customer life cycle value. Good at user precision activity and conversion, good at data precipitation and analysis, dare to continuously explore and try new growth opportunities and methods to achieve customer growth and sales target.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Deep dive into member demographic, purchasing, EC platform behavior and social behavior to carry out long-term and short-term strategy for member operations
  • Set up ECRM member segmentation system and execution plan with various channel and touchpoints for customer acquisition and retention. Conduct A/B testing to ensure the result improving constantly. 
  • Build up Loyalty member program, including membership grade system, CRM campaign, and keep optimize it with activities, benefits and offering.
  • Keep track down, evaluation and summary all ECRM related activities, including but not limited to optimize member profile, CRLV and revenue achieved.

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Bachelor’s degree holder or equivalent 
  • Minimum 7 years' working experience in CRM or customer operation role, familiar with business analysis, EC and IT project management is a plus
  • Work experience within retail, luxury, FMCG, cosmetics and internet is preferred
  • Familiar with statistical reports, consumer behavior and sales data analysis. Passionate about data.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
