About the role

Your Opportunity

The e-Commerce Commercial Execution Manager – National Retail Sales, is responsible for driving “last mile” execution for E-Commerce within the Bacardi NRS, and SGWS organization for the NRS/Omni-channel customers. This role is accountable for creating value through strategic relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring seamless execution throughout in-store and online environment.

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Aspires to achieve consistent online execution that is aligned to in-store programming with regards to pricing, promotion and distribution of Bacardi products and brand programming calendar
  • Ensures proactive alignment of the E-commerce plan with all stakeholders by effectively wiring with Bacardi & SGWS NRS teams, National E-commerce / Brand Marketing teams and Bacardi and Trans-Atlantic field teams to ensure they understand upcoming activity and leverage it in-store to grow distribution and volume
  • Primary e-commerce contact for NRS/Omni-channel customer e-commerce teams with focus on day-to-day execution mindset
  • Works across BUSA/SGWS teams to identify and execute customer e-comm priorities
  • Liaises with Bacardi / SGWS field teams to integrate E-Commerce initiatives into the forecasting system to ensure distribution and volume growth is captured
  • Understands NRS E-Commerce priorities and gaps and ensures E-Commerce team is aware and addressing
  • Ensure NAMs and SGWS have required resources to deliver on results and is proactive solution finder to anticipated gaps

  • Experienced in SGWS and Bacardi RTM and ways of working
  • Understands NRS strategy and E-Commerce priorities
  • Advanced / Digital Savvy understanding of E-Commerce marketplace
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of the commercial forecasting system
