About the role


As EUROC Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Manager, you will support creation and governance of regional price strategy and all the analysis needed to define it for the region. You will help develop capabilities to drive sustainable GP/case growth by creating best in class RGM practices that enables us to Set, Get and Keep price as well as to optimize mix. Your ability to combine a strategic business approach while managing multiple projects at any given time will be key, as will be your comfort in working seamlessly within the matrix, in particular with the Marketing and Finance Leadership teams.

  • Strong ability to prioritise tasks as well as work autonomously
  • Good communication skills will be essential. Internally you will need to show that you can work with various teams to deliver successful projects
  • Challenge the status quo to deliver change with the ability to self-start and drive the business agenda with high resilience and creativity


  • Developing strategic value generators to support the EUROC’s sustainable revenue growth through designing, embedding & execute relevant best practice Revenue Growth Management (RGM) practice for the region
  • Guiding the build to embed the functional capability of all RGM pillars, including rec PTC, Trade Terms, Rate & Mix, Trade Promotions
  • Assisting in the creation of frameworks, tools and guidelines to drive greater effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of commercial investments and promotional spending
  • Owning all analyses to ensure that the EUROC price strategy is in line with global guardrails through the visibility you will drive through working with the RGM managers in the clusters
  • Helping to develop a framework to deliver multi-year accretive price strategy across Bacardi products capturing market trends, economic environment
  • Supporting in the delivery of a framework, guidelines and execution of best practice promotional optimisation across brand and channel to deliver optimal value
  • To improve ROI via identification of optimal pack price architecture for the short and mid-term
  • To evaluate existing frameworks that optimises gross to net terms across each channel by identifying working and non-working funds
  • To identify tools by brands to ensure that our brands remain profitable for the customer and Bacardi
  • Creating a codified way of working “RGM heartbeat” in EUROC that ensures that we are able continue to improve on all key metrics for the region to build a replicable model which can be adopted globally
  • To aid the delivery of key customer deliverables, working with Account teams to ensure plans fully adopt the architecture and are realised within the fiscal year 

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in Revenue Growth Management, Sales, Customer Marketing and/or Commercial Finance
  • Strong commercial skills gained through hands on commercial roles
  • Strong understanding around customer and channel dynamics
  • Track record in strategy planning within an international FMCG environment
  • Thrive and be successful in a strong matrix organisation.
