About the role

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Being part of the Off Trade Channel, you will drive EFO to the Channel and be responsible to implement the new model developing the Online channel and ensuring we gain market share in a profitable way. Belong to a team that is changing the model, with focus on developing and making our brands big in Ecommerce.  

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for prim@s who want be part of our Family and want to drive the growth, developing our Brands and Premium Portfolio. You need to be results oriented looking to develop the business as a founder in the Online channel.
   
You have hands on experience in account management in the eCommerce domain and a good understanding of Digital concepts and technologies.

You possess incredible negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
  • As part of the Off Trade team, you will need to contribute to deliver our 2 objectives: EFO & new model
  • Being accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the Online Channel.
  • Having full commercial responsibility for Retailers.com and Online Liquor stores and will be responsible for delivering the full financial targets.
  • To gain a full understanding of the customer’s needs, anticipate changes in the business environment and establish our brands as a leader in the eyes of the retail customer and end consumer.
  • Being responsible to improve customer profitability through mix management, brand strategy deployment, onsite merchandising, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Develop and maximize Retailers.com business, ensuring we continue leading share.
  • Develop our brands and Premium portfolio in the Online channel

  • Knowledge managing Key Accounts / Customers in a leading FMCG company at national level.
  • e-Commerce account management experience
