We need to help consumers discover our amazing brands, making them easy to find and desirable to purchase. To do this, we’re transforming our approach to digital commerce, and we’re looking for creative, entrepreneurial makers and doers to join the team. Digital content sits at the heart of this role, and you’ll be getting involved in a range of projects encompassing campaigns and brand development. This is an exciting time to join our growing team, with the opportunity to quickly make an impact.

About You 
First and foremost, you can help produce brilliant digital content and experiences for a range of beautiful, premium spirits. You understand what consumers need and want from our content, and you’ve got an eye for thumbstopping creative. You’re excited to help us explore new horizons within digital commerce. You’ll be part of a small team so we’re looking for a combination of great communication and teamwork.

About Incubation Brands
Digital transformation is a key pillar to help the Incubation Brand portfolio achieve its long-term growth targets through consumer discovery and love for our brands. 

The Incubation portfolio is a collection of small, growing, premium brands united by high quality craft and compelling brand stories. The portfolio includes unique brands such as Aberfeldy, Craigellachie, Teeling, Santa Teresa and St Germain.


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Assist in the development of multi-channel strategy to step-change the digital commerce experience for our five single malts – Aberfeldy, Aultmore, Craigellachie, The Deveron and Royal Brackla.
  • Co-ordinate and oversee photography and video shoots, including briefing, creative direction, and implementation of the brands’ visual identities
  • Deliver ecommerce content toolkits including master assets and guidance for local market implementation, for seasonal campaigns and new product launches
  • Act as a brand guardian, owning reviews and approval of brand assets produced through the centralized product studio and Content Hub
  • Some production of digital assets or adaptation of templates using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Bring our brands to life online, managing the development and launch of new websites and related digital platforms, to tell our brand stories, aid search discovery and facilitate smooth path to purchase
  • Work with local market teams to develop digital partnerships with key online retailers and implement digital activations to drive brand growth
  • Assist in the development and execution of a first-party data acquisition and activation strategy
  • Stay up to date on digital marketing and ecommerce trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Knowledge of what makes digital content impactful and effective throughout a consumer’s purchase journey, including brand website, performance media and product listings
  • Ability to contribute to the full creative process from developing ideas to producing content
  • Digital asset production experience including graphic design (proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of digital commerce across multiple markets including China a plus, but not essential
