About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all projects and initiatives involve Platform Principal Architects, identifying potential Enterprise Architecture GAPs and guiding opportunities for resolution
- Create and enhance existing methods and practices for architecture strategy, leading efforts to develop and maintain the architectural assets: Enterprise Architecture (EA) Person-oriented diagrams, EA Forms and EA GAP Tracker per technology platform
- Contribute on boarding the new EA tool called Ardoq, in order to navigate Digital Transformation and Technology Platform capability evolution
- Participate as a member of one or more EA review boards, helping to ensure architecture quality and compliance following the standard methods
- Work with project leaders and principal architects to provide enterprise solutions to specific problems and issues across may domains, not necessarily targeted as GAPs
- Help project and initiative leaders to prepare and present project documentation for the EA Review board
- Mentor and coach IT resources across the Enterprise alongside Platform Principal Architects
Skills and Experience
- Architecture Design Principles, Patterns, and standards, Integration frameworks like TOGAF
- Technology Systems thinking combining Contextual, Conceptual, Logical and Physical levels of thinking
- Good understanding about Technology industry knowledge, as well as Enterprise Architecture tools (Ardoq, LeanIX, etc.). 3 years’ experience
- High level knowledge on SAP, Salesforce.com and other Cloud and Digital technologies
- Product Ownership Management and High Learning Agility
- Languages: Proficiency in English, recommended fluent in another than English (Spanish/French)
- Experience on Microsoft Office 365 Suite: SharePoint, Teams, etc.
- Communication and Storytelling
- Behavioral change management
- Knowledge sharing, advocating and mentoring when needed
- Conflict resolution and negotiation
