About the role

Europe/Rest of the World division coordinator is an important role in our organisation.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the division's portfolio · Responsible of the OFR (Order Fulfillment Rate) of the division, · Ensure the management and monitoring of the division's order portfolio, · Animate and lead meetings with clients, · Ensure the management of the division (2 fulfillment planners), · Develop the skills of the team · Improve the level of service and customer satisfaction (internal/external), · Ensure the integration of a continuous improvement in operations, · Manage the PDCA of the division, carry out action plans as part of continuous improvement, · Update schedules and dashboards, monitor and manage the KPIs of its division, · Contribute to the optimization of transport, · Is responsible for logistics monitoring and litigation management, · Manage transport reservations with freight forwarders.

Skills and Experience

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:
2 years experience in an equivalent position (management included) Software knowledge Pack Office / SAP / ID CONCERTO / DELTA / EMCS / ID 400 Excel proficiency English proficiency Analytical Skills Good written and oral communication, customer service focus
