About the role

Your Opportunity

As an Experiential Manager you’ll be the key player to engage our consumer in 1 to 1 experiences to create memories where our brands & drinks are at the centre of the activity. #relevance


Create a long-lasting emotional link and deliver Short Term sales & Long-Term brand equity that leads to “preference-based consumption.

About You 
  • Commercial feeling and a born negotiator with a hands-on mentality.  Hands-on, energetic, flexible, and creative.
  • Flexibility & creativity is what drives you forward, and you don’t mind working outside office hours or during the weekends. 
  • Having a good marketing insight and being organizational strong.
  • You can work independently & pro-active as a real team player.


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • NEGOTIATE the partnerships & activations with our key festival & events.
  • PLAN in collaboration with the brands teams all experiential marketing assets & plans.
  • CREATE the most desirable festival portfolio.
  • COMMUNICATE internally & externally on the events & brands activations on-site.
  • COORDINATE all agencies & festival partners to drive efficiency.
  • EXECUTE the best-in-class experiences for our target consumers.
  • EVALUATE to become better year on year.
