About the role

This role requires an individual with high levels of business acumen, analytical capabilities, and the ability to build a strong network of contacts internally & with our suppliers. This is a critical to the long-term success of the External Manufacturing function and requires a mastery of technical & system skills and attention to detail, with a strong background in Supply Chain.


Responsibilities

·     Plans production of finished goods and coordinates material purchasing to ensure on time and in full deliveries of product to the customers

·     Develop reports & tools to assist with planning & visibility of coverage

·     Using system & Excel skills; automate processes around the management of inventory & ordering

·     Tracks, communicates, and creates action plan around Working capital, including any Slow and Obsolete materials, Production adherence, Supplier Performance, and Service attainment

·     Responsible for Bulk Rum, NGS, Ingredients and Flavor Keys Supply planning and inventory management.

·     Ensures on time delivery of all Innovations to the market, including assisting with Project’s feasibility preapproval recommendation for any new product launch or geographical extension

·     Analyse and consolidate orders to maximize cost benefits of Global Procurement Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) structure and freight cost

·     Driving global alignment and standardization of planning and supply processes for External manufacturing

·     Address any supply disruption or conflict situation through consensus solution or recommendation for escalation. Ensure agreed modifications are implemented.


Skills and Experience

·       Strong communication, problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical stills.

·       Ability to use computer hardware and software, ability to utilize office machinery

·       Strong Knowledge of SAP, active user of SAP ECC, SAP APO-SNP.

·       Good organizational skills and strong time management.

·       Strong written and oral communication skills

·     Minimum education: BA/BS required

·     Minimum experience: 5+ years of Supply Chain experience

·     Language: fluent in English
