Due to an internal promotion into the National lead role, we have exciting opportunities to join the Bacardi ANZ business!

We have 3 roles available:

1. Field Sales Manager NSW - based in Sydney

2. Field Sales Manager VIC/SA/WA - based in Melbourne

3. Field Sales Manager QLD - based in Brisbane

As one of our Field Sales Managers you will be the driving force toward profitable and sustainable business growth within your assigned portfolio territories. Based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, you will be responsible for leading your team of Business Development Executives (BDEs / front-line sales) to implement Bacardí's growth strategy, whilst effectively managing the key stakeholders. 

Responsibilities

In this role you will report directly to the National Field Sales Manager and will play a leading role in the state sales team’s pursuit for market share growth and trade advocacy by:

  • Providing strong leadership to a team of BDEs including developing, coaching, and leading them to succeed.
  • Strong customer engagement with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver net sales revenue growth and increased brand distribution and visibility in the region.
  • Delivering precise planning and execution
  • Innovating within your role and team to ensure BMA’s competitive advantage within market
  • Providing actionable insights from report analysis at monthly business performance reviews and weekly sales updates
  • Develop and maintain quality relationships with Marketing Managers and Customer Planning and Activation Manager to support the States growth aspirations, maintaining legal standards and within budget.

Our Field Sales Manager will fearlessly persevere in overcoming obstacles and setbacks, will take swift and efficient action, whilst sharing best practice learnings. They will be self-motivated and will continuously challenge themselves to achieve the best results possible. They will demonstrate the drive, initiative and tenacity required to define winning at Bacardí, and will bring an independent mindset, value collaborative decision making and will champion ideas with confidence. In addition, they will have:

  • Proven team leadership capabilities
  • Previous sales experience in FMCG –Preferred but not essential
  • An understanding of the market and industry dynamics and can apply expertise to create effective strategies
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm, strong planning, and negotiation skills
  • Computer literacy and strong administrative abilities
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
