YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Finance Business Partner  would typically be accountable for partnering Non Alcoholic Business for Bacardi India to drive business growth through financial expertise.

ABOUT YOU

You will be providing consistent and strategic financial performance analysis and business partner support to the Non Alcoholic Business, thus driving a culture of performance across the business. 
Forging strong relationships is your core strength and you are highly skilled in building close partnerships across functions and leadership levels – both within and outside Bacardi.
Your deep commercial knowledge and ability to develop strategic relationships will be the key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
  • Work closely with the Finance director and business teams to prepare the strategic business plan for the Non Alcoholic Portfolio.
  • Lead the financial budgeting and planning process for the team, ensuring that pricing, discount  and Trade Spends are reflected accurately and are executed according to the plan.
  • Support commercial team in management/control of volume, price, discounts and trade spend effectiveness to ensure alignment with and achievement of local P&L targets.
  • Develop a process of regular review of business KPIs and recommend value adds.
  • Partner with cross functional teams on AOPs. Prepare monthly rolling forecasts and segment P&L.
  • Work on metrics on month-on-month changes and key operating metrics and drivers.
  • Identify, evaluate, and communicate risks and opportunities to business.
  • Provide support in monthly and annual closing activities.
  • Lead the Accounting activities for the business and ensure completeness and accuracy of records.

Skills and Experience

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • CA or Masters in Finance.
  • Proficient in Analytical and statistical analysis with proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint.
  • 8-10 years of experience, preferably with a Beverages / FMCG company.
  • Prior experience of working on SAP/ SFA/TM1 will be preferable.
  • Great systems perspective and understanding with in-depth knowledge of mobilising resources and teams within the organisation to deliver desired results.
