strategy of operations, improving cost against targets
supporting Service and Quality delivery trough
Continuous excellence and sound governance and
controls.
Ensuring financials (Cost and working capital) are
reliable and properly cascaded with internal customers,
looking for new ways of working for collaboration
between stakeholders including procurement,
manufacturing, and supply chain.

You will have the opportunity to support decision and
business transformation of the Operations in LAC.
Working close together with the manufacturing team in
Tultitlan Mexico, looking for efficiencies and long-term
definitions.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:

·   Responsible of a cost budget of +$10M USD by overseeing and managing financial information related with production overheads and working capital

·       Monthly Forecast / Budget Performance Review with the Supply Chain Team in order to provide the latest status and tracking of their Budget to avoid overruns.

·       Organize cost preparation and analysis, collect data, prepare and generate statistical reports for cost comparison and profitability determination by product

·       Performs Month end Close activities related to Cost Accounting

·     Interaction with all Supply Chain areas to ensure adequate controls for sustainable results, following the global SOX and Internal Audit guidance.

·     Support the development of business cases with financial validation and analysis, as well as follow up on their approvals. Follow the different saving initiatives, included but not limited to Manufacturing, Warehousing and CAPEX efficiency projects.

· Partnering with Supply Chain / Finance Heads in each market, to discuss opportunities/issues and stay abreast of any new development that may impact Business Performance

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:

·       Experience in Operations Finance organization, including manufacturing and warehousing.

·       Proven knowledge of US GAAP Accounting and experience user of SAP

·       Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills

·       Ability to push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing company practices and mindset.

·       Detail oriented with the ability of synthetize a thorough analysis into clear and concise message.

·       Proactive individual that can collaborate and build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.

·       Ability to communicate effectively and with confidence in English and Spanish at all levels of the organization.

·       Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office (outlook / excel / word / PowerPoint / Teams)
