About the role

This new role is created to centralize the administrative support in the Procure-to-Pay process. You will perform the activities of the PTP process according to defined operating procedures. This role is part of the Finance team of Bacardi-Martini B.V. in Gouda, the Netherlands.

You will be part of a Centre of Excellence with highly specialized PTP professionals with main focus to streamline, monitor, simplify and improve the Procure-to-Pay process for its internal customers and the Bacardi group.

The role is reporting to the Process and Project Manager of the Finance department of Bacardi-Martini B.V., the main subholding company of the Bacardi group. You will be crucial in materializing the ambition to become recognized as best-in-class for our processes and services within the Bacardi group.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities

  • Raise purchase orders for all Advertising and Promotions (A&P)  and structure costs
  • Daily contact with budget owners for financial commitments
  • Daily contact with shared service center in Costa Rica and Barcelona to monitor PTP process
  • As PTP Superuser be an active member of the Bacardi PTP Super User community
  • Drive process efficiencies
  • Monitor and improve PTP KPI’s
  • First point of contact for budget owners with PTP questions
  • Attend corporate and GBS (shared service center) trainings
  • Develop training materials for budget owners jointly with Manager and provide training sessions
  • Raise tickets to resolve issues, to add or remove SRM users, etc
  • Maintain approval matrix
  • Create/change vendor master data requests
  • Monitor accuracy of master data
  • Support with audit and controls testing

  • Bachelor by education or experience


  • IT Skills: Experience with SAP and SRM are a plus
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, any other languages are a plus
