About the role

Your Opportunity

This position leads the OC Supply Chain team (Brand Management, Production Planning, Material Supply and Inventory Management, Logistics and Warehousing, External Manufacturing Planning) to meet a high customer service performance, monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs such as DIOH, OFR, Working Capital, TIPP/TOPP, etc.) and supporting the supply and delivery of required industrial materials for Finished Goods manufacturing. 

The role ensures a strong link of the business with the Upstream Supply Chain, driving the long term, volume forecasting aspects of our S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process, ensuring stock availability to deliver business needs in the short term, and executing SC elements of our process to bring innovation into the marketplace as effectively as possible.

Responsibilities include budget and cost control, order management, SAP use, delivery schedule, master data, stock life cycle and portfolio management, inventory optimization and planning.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:
  • Accountable for the Long-Term Demand Plan for all OC brands, Standard Vol Costing and Budget processes.
  • Ensure a strong connection with the brand marketing team and the markets’ representatives. 
  • Support Activity Management on the innovation process to deliver new launches, challenge when appropriate.
  • Champion the S&OP process for the OC and the Brand Business Reviews, including portfolio management.
  • Assess and challenge when appropriate the Demand signal and the replenishment figures with markets representatives
  • Responsible for Internal and External Manufacturing Planning, driving team to optimize inventory (Safety Stock policy, slow and no movers, …) and determine production requirements.
  • Ensure a strong connection with the manufacturing Teams, and the OC leadership Team.
  • Consolidate, drive and communicate the production planning based on the Green Flow Manufacturing.
  • Monitor Bulk needs and assist in determining order quantities for Bulk and ingredients Processing.
  • Ensure all materials are available with an acceptable delivery date to meet production requirements.
  • Manage the warehouses (internal and external) and own the process of deliveries to customers, including a full control of the shipments and of the transportation performance. 
  • Build a strong relation with our copackers and put under control their performance.
  • Maintain strong communication with suppliers and other departments regarding materials purchases, costs, quality and any new developments.
  • Track, monitor and communicate KPIs: Order Fill Rate (OFR), Block Planning Attainment, Availability & Capacity check, forecast accuracy, stock levels (DIOH), etc.… as well as the performance relative to our Bacardi Operating System.
  • Ensure strong action plans in place to drive improvements.
  • Act strongly to optimize stock projections, support overall distribution efficiency gains and optimize cashflow.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills (both written and oral), Networking and interpersonal relationship building.
  • Problem solving, critical thinking, detail oriented. Multi-tasking and Project Management.
  • Systems and Process oriented, Knowledge of SAP.
  • Supply Chain knowledge (Production and Material Planning, Demand and Forecasting, Customer Service Focus).
  • Able to navigate short term actions into strategies. Ability to think quickly, creatively and challenge team to do the same.
  • Ability to handle stressful, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Personal Qualities
  • BA/BS required
  • Strong experience in Supply Chain
  • 2-3 years of previous leadership experience
  • Fluent English Speaking

  • Some travel is required.
