About the role

Your Opportunity

In this role as Customer Planner GTR you will provide the regional Nordics team with value-adding customer management, planning, support and analysis to ensure we further build our core brands and achieve our strategic and financial targets.

The Nordics Regional team needs to continuously evolve and be at the forefront of Global Travel Retail, pushing boundaries and leading from the front – if you have not just the skillset that we are looking for but also that mentality, then this role could be a great step for you!


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:

Customer Management:
  • Pro-active communication with regional customers
  • Management of S&OP process (forecast, stock) end to end for Nordic regional customers together with S&OP team
  • Manage and communicate all information about product & price changes.
  • Track, validate and process all invoices.
  • Ad hoc customer requests
Customer Planning:
  • Support Regional & Customer Marketing Team in managing and controlling A&P budget
  • Track, validate and process all incoming A&P invoices 
  • Manage back commission and price off process including accruals on a monthly base.
  • Support Regional Finance Manager in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
  • Support Regional Team in preparing budget & LE submissions.
Promotion Management:
  • Plan, coordinate, implement and review promotions.
  • Communicate with Agencies, Customer Marketing and customers
  • Order POS material and handle POS warehouse and invoices

  • Customer focused, strong planning & organization skills
  • Ability to prioritize when faced with ad hoc situations.
  • Financial understanding
  • Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP, SRM)
  • Fluent in English
Personal Qualities
  • Sound professional experience in customer management/back office in Global Travel Retail or Domestic Market
  • Experience in the Spirits Industry and/or Beverages is an advantage. 
  • Experience in the GTR channel is an advantage
