About the role

As Business Partner to the North Europe Supply Chain Directors you will be responsible for the Supply Chain budget as well as the ongoing R&O throughout the year for the clusters assigned. You will have a Founders mentality to ensure value and cost saving initiatives whilst upholding the Bacardi standards.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
  • The Customer Service must provide optimal and reliable to customer throughout the OTC (Order To Cash) process, that is to say from taking the order to issuing the invoice.
  • He / she is responsible for the management of the customers defined in his / her perimeter and is their privileged interlocutor. He / she will work in collaboration with the Supply, Commercial and Finance teams. And to do this, he / she must maintain a good relationship with customers, both external and internal.
  • He / she must be customer service oriented and provide the information necessary to solve any problem that our customers may face with precision and efficiency to guarantee high customer satisfaction.
  • He / she must exercise rigor and an analytical mind to best resolve disputes and penalties.
  • Customer relations are more than ever at the heart of our company's concerns, and the quality of service provided to customers is one of the major points of differentiation.
  • Entry and follow-up of customer orders on SAP (received via telephone, fax or email), in order to ensure delivery within
  • the time limits
  • Verification of the integration of EDI orders (Electronic Data Interchange) and control of the rate reduction (basic rate, discounts, ...)
  • Use of the automation tool for orders via email (OMPROMPT) and verification of proper integration into SAP
  • Analysis and processing of commercial disputes (customer deductions) in relation to financial and commercial services: customer deductions recorded by Finance, analysis / coding / processing / customer follow-up until the dispute is regularized.
  • Analysis and processing of logistical penalties in connection with the sales department: verification of penalties sent by the customer according to our GTC (General Conditions of Sale) / CPV (Special Conditions of Sale), and confirmation or dispute.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain/Commercial/ Finance locale et global (BBS)/ Marketing 3PL and clients


Skills and Experience

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • Understanding of internal controls, standards, and processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in data used for taking order, reporting and communications
  • Ability to identify and understand patterns and interconnectivity of relevant data to manage the perfect order
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills – able to deliver insightful and relevant messaging to appropriate stakeholders
  • This job is accessible from a BAC + 2/5 level of training - DUT, BTS or Business School, 1st experience in a similar position (in connection with mass distribution) is highly recommended.
  • Priority setting: Spends his/her time and the time of others on what is important. Quickly zeros in on the critical few and puts the trivial many aside. Eliminate roadblocks.
  • Drive for results: Understands strategic importance of meeting KPIs, demonstrating commitment and self-dependent drive to see things through.
  • Customer driven mindset
