About You

As the voice of our platform you will be a natural relationship builder who is equally happy, building new connections and networks, as you are spotting opportunities to collaborate with your own, extensive connections in the bartending world.


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:
  • You will plan and deliver a seamless strategy which encompasses In-App, Social Media and IRL (In Real Life) community management
  • Shape and enforce community guidelines for an inclusive online community
  • Start and maintain conversations around our content by engaging with users, whilst monitoring and responding to all comments, reviews and feedback in a timely manner 
  • Own complaint and crisis management processes
  • Regularly review the data we have, to spot usage trends and provide insights and recommendations to both content teams and the wider business
  • Drive strong relationships with stakeholders, partners and agencies 
  • Work closely with the technology teams to ‘merchandise the app’ – develop and oversee the content feed to be compelling and interesting for returning app users 
  • Be able to leverage and grow the network of contributors and super users of Freepour

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Proven hands-on experience as a Community Manager, igniting online conversation and optimizing user engagement, whilst performing response management excellence
  • Proficient copywriting and communication skills as the curator of our platform content
  • Track record launching new community initiatives such as building an online forum or starting up an ambassador program
  • Creative and analytical thinker with capability to manage ambiguity in the quest for accomplishing goals
  • Ability to manage Hootsuite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and WordPress would be an advantage
  • Live event management experience is a plus
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, further language of Spanish is favorable
