As Global Creative Development manager you will play a central role in developing assets, programs and campaigns that delight consumers and embody our ground-breaking Stir Creativity platform.

  • You are the combination of art and science. You understand paid owned and earned media strategies but are eager to unlock their full potential through creativity - guiding the agencies that partner in the process. 
  • You know that brand building is a long-term game that takes consistency and breakthrough thinking. You are an experienced communicator with a strong global cultural understanding and an eye for luxury. 
  • You have an ability to forge strong relationships and demonstrate strong gravitas in building close partnerships across the Matrix – both within and outside Bacardi


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • You will play a critical role in all content creation (in partnership with digital & PR specialists) across paid media and owned channels (social, website, e-comm D2C)
  • Deliver integrated brand comms: Shape & design best in class execution of our global brand campaigns, dark market campaigns, delivering content fit to consumer needs, platform relevancy & media strategies.
  • Content Management: including tracking of usage & asset usage rights and supporting transcreation needs with the support of transcreation agency.
  • Lead the engagement of markets and develop strong relationships with in-market teams to ensure they have the tools & understanding to execute Stir Creativity programs & campaigns with excellence. 
  • Be a guardian for brand visual identity & tone of voice across all principle consumer touchpoints with heavy emphasis on social execution – ensuring best in class execution and sharing of best practice with in-market partners.
  • Be a trusted source of expertise with markets and agency partners – coaching & inspiring them on what world class means for Bombay Sapphire brand communications – facilitating a winning team mentality to deliver outstanding work

  • Experienced integrated brand communication specialist: connecting marketing communication strategies and executions to Bombay Sapphire brand and business objectives to deliver healthy brand growth
  • Cultural currency driving: Clear understanding of our audience, targeting & insights to effectively inspire and enable our consumers to demonstrate their own creative self-expression
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and best practices by channel to ensure paid media spend is optimised and competitor brands look on in envy at our world class digital execution  
  • Expert in understanding the agency network processes; forging strong relationships and inspiring external partners to set a creative benchmark and strive to deliver the most creative, innovative and world class work in the industry – building on our authentic inimitable 30+ year legacy within the creative arena.  
  • Ability to drive thinking through from PPT to the reality of in-market execution – relentless in pursuit of excellence on how campaigns, programs and assets show up in the world of our consumers 
Personal Qualities
  • This role will have daily interactions with senior stakeholders and requires strategic capabilities, a creative eye and point of view, strong ability to influence and drive decision making, curiosity for the overall content landscape and industry trends, and exceptional collaboration skills.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Business and/or Marketing, preferably with some agency experience. Independent thinker with strong leadership & communication skills, able to inspire internal and agency teams. 
  • Experience of working with world-class agency partners in creative, media and digital (a digital and connected media native). Strong production knowledge a significant plus.
  • Proven track record of creating world-class brand communications ideas and platforms across all touchpoints from desire to transaction. Capable of working across geographies.
  • Informed on technology, trends and partners in the digital space with a sharp curiosity and passion for finding new ways to delight consumers.
