About You 

You are the combination of art and science. You understand paid, owned and earned media strategies but are eager to unlock their full potential through creativity - guiding the agencies that partner in the process. You know that brand building is a long-term game that takes consistency and breakthrough thinking. You are an experienced communicator with a strong global cultural understanding and an eye for luxury. 

Please note: This role can be based in New York or Bermuda but there will be 30-40% travel to Bermuda and Miami (post Covid restrictions).

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Help build our Global Connections Strategy, connecting marketing comms to business objectives and embedding it into local market connections planning 
  • Integrated Brand Comms: Shape & design best in class execution of our  global brand campaigns, dark market campaigns, and owned & operated content, delivering content fit to consumer needs, platform relevancy and media strategies. 
  • Develop Winning Teams: Manage day to day creative execution guiding our creative & digital agency, in partnership with core media markets and cross-functional leaders.
  • Content Management, including tracking of usage and asset rights, quality controlling our DMP, and supporting trans creation needs with the support of our trans creation agency. 
  • Business Performance Management: Be a strong contributor to our creative performance and measurement tracking, ensuring an impact on master brand health & local M&E goals.

  • Integrated brand communications: connecting marketing communication strategies and executions to Grey Goose business objectives that deliver brand growth
  • Cultural Currency Driving: Clear understanding of audience, targeting and insights, ensuring all content is relevant to consumer, shopper and customer needs, embedding Grey Goose into culture.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and best practices by channel to ensure paid media is effective.
  • Ability to manage a comprehensive non-working budget effectively and efficiently
  • Strong understanding of agency network processes, helping them deliver best in class work.
Personal Qualities
  • This role will have daily interactions with senior stakeholders and requires strategic capabilities, a creative eye and point of view, strong ability to influence and drive decision making, curiosity for the overall content landscape and industry trends, and exceptional collaboration skills.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Marketing Communication, preferably with some agency experience. Global luxury experience a plus.
  • Independent thinker with strong leadership & communication skills, able to inspire internal and agency teams. 
  • Experience of working with world-class agency partners in creative, media and digital (a digital and connected media native). Strong production knowledge a plus.
  • Proven track record of creating world-class brand communications ideas and platforms across all touch points from desire to transaction. Capable of working across geographies.
  • Informed on technology, trends and partners in the digital space with a sharp curiosity and passion for finding new ways to delight consumers.
