About the role

Your Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to be part of our global planning team and play an important Global role in our organization. 
You will build deep partnership at a global and local level, across Bacardi, to oversee S&OP processes and global demand Team. You will play a major role in optimizing inventory across the markets and manage overall demand accuracy for our operations, ultimately helping Bacardi to deliver against our BEST10 growth aspirations to support sales.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Manage the Global Demand Processes & Team, including collaboration with Regional and local Supply Chain Teams
  • Develop and maintain lean and benchmark culture across teams’ mindset and actions.
  • Ensure the S&OP Process is the basis for the Company plan to be used across both tactical and strategic horizons (Long Term Demand Plan, Budget, Standard).
  • Lead global monthly S&OP processes, coordinating demand and supply regional insights.
  • Lead the forecasting process across Regions & markets to promote granularity and transparency of the demand plans (Forecast accuracy, TISP, BIAS, Market lead times consistency, …).
  • Support markets and consolidation platforms stock management (target, safety stock, working capital).
  • Own the 3rd party distributor stock consolidation report.
  • Oversee development of S&OP policies, processes, golden rules, key performance indicators and education/training packages. 
  • Be the owner of the demand segmentation (prod/geo).
  • Be the owner of Global Demand Planning reporting across the company (Global TISP, Global S&OP Dashboard, Global VOL & NSV Decks...).
  • Collaborate with Global Planning Performance & Tech team to design and implement planning tools and reports to support Markets/Regions. 
  • Be FTS (Forecast To Stock) BPL for SAP projects implementation related to Demand.
  • Serve as liaison with multiple supply chain stakeholders from across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance - Crisis management when required.

Skills and Experience

  • Background in planning (i.e. Sales, Demand, Supply, Production).
  • Strong S&OP knowledge.
  • Strength in critical analysis- seeking to understand complex business needs and review them via continuous improvement process/Lean principles and incorporations of available systems technologies. 
  • Demonstrate accountability and capability to work independently with confidence to ask for support when required.
  • Ability to find effective ways of working within a matrix organization, and within a fast-changing environment. 
  • Skilled in project management and IT implementations, demonstrating strong organization.
  • Administration skills and close attention to detail.
  • Managing stakeholder expectations in relation to delivery & execution.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with teams across different geographies and cultures.
  • Ability to anticipate challenges and find innovative solutions.
  • Experience with strong aptitude for working with systems like SAP ECC/APO/IBP/BI and Microsoft.  
  • Experience within a Supply Chain Market position.
  • Team Management
  • Language Requirements: English is essential, other European Languages is an asset.
