The Global Director of Internal Communications, leads an award-winning, global team responsible for supporting all functions across the Company. This role is for a strategic, creative thinking best-in-class communicator who is an excellent writer, organized and ready to think outside the box. You know how to inspire and motivate teams to bring campaigns to life but also jump in and get in the weeds. You are a strategic, seasoned leader, who can do it all - plan, prioritized and execute with excellence, managing C-Suite executives with grace and a constant flow of projects and personalities. You thrive on coming up with the next greatest way to bring a story to life be it through written, audio or visual mediums. You are a highly engaged employee and want to bring everyone along for the journey.

You are the voice for the Senior Leaders of Bacardi, working behind the scenes to keep Primos informed, engaged and excited about one our storied organization.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

  • Lead Global Internal Communications for Bacardi and reporting directly to the Global Head of Corporate Communications serving as an in-house storyteller and content creation driver. You will lead the global internal organization, managing all communications for the CEO, CFO and other C-Suite executives, and liaising with the regions to ensure a consistent message across the organization through one of our many corporate channels.

  • Serve as the day-to-day lead for the Global Leadership Team and responsible for all C-Suite internal communications You will be tasked with bringing to life the voice of our executive team and key functions around the global leading communications planning and content development for internal clients and agency relationships.

  • Manage a small but mighty team of communicators responsible for management of key internal communication channels and regional support.

  • Liaise with Internal Communication leads in key markets daily to ensure consistent messaging across the global organization. A keen understanding or ability to work across cultures and markets will be essential.

  • Lead strategic communications guidance and creative input to all Global Corporate Communications programs and initiatives as needed. Includes crafting key messages, scripts, articles, memos and development of graphic content (logos, posters, etc)

  • Produce videos, including crafting of storyboards, coordination with crew, set selection and prepping of talent. Oversee final editing process.

  • Work closely with inter-agency teams to activate innovative Internal Comms including Global and Regional webcasts, life in-person events, Global and Regional Culture Campaigns, Digital Video series and more.

  • Lead production, presentation content and video development for Global CEO town halls and other key leadership events.

  • Oversee the production, content creation and narrative building for Global Senior Leadership meetings driving business objectives and amplifying content to the global organization.

  • Oversee the department budget, managing vendors contract negotiations and selection.

  • Develop annual objectives and drive expert reporting for communications campaigns and identify trends that may influence future development and capabilities.
