About the role

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
A truly unique role offering the opportunity to influence GTR Global performance with the chance to help dynamically manage fast-growth P&L & gain multi geographical experience
On the one hand you will be involved in Global strategic planning discussions, resource allocation modelling, Global P&L reporting and management and review of regional budget estimates. Also, you will be working very closely with GTR global leadership team & interacting, learning & influencing larger Finance leadership team.

Responsibilities


Global Performance Measurement & reporting
  • You will help in preparation and distribution of periodic management P&L reports, including performance in total, by market, by brand line and by customer 
  • You will help in preparation of monthly analytics and commentaries for Global Travel Retail leadership and Bacardi Corporate, highlighting explanations for variances from agreed plans and for unusual entries
  • You will help in consolidation of various Global reports along with providing analytical support on the output
  • You will be pro-active in running analysis to identify opportunities for improved performance or to pick up on trends or risk factors for which mitigating action should be taken
  • You will help in identifying opportunities to improve reporting – efficiency of the process and the value-added reports 

Business planning and forecasting 
  • You will support in planning and managing the processes for timely and accurate submission of GTR dynamic plans, latest forecasts, and risks and opportunities schedules
  • You will prepare critical information and templates to assist in the development and submission of forecasts 
  • You will prepare the consolidated GTR P&L and review against KPIs following submission from each GTR region 
  • You will support the development of final outcomes at end of each latest forecast and budget cycle 
  • You will look for continuous identification of opportunities to improve the process and work with the Regional Finance Teams to ensure effective implementation 
Other
  • You will help in governance from IT systems standpoint e.g Approval matrix/Account codes mapping etc
  • You will expand GTR relationships with the wider Bacardi business and Finance function, actively looking for opportunities for further growth of our brands, better collaboration and sharing of best practice
  • You will work seamlessly with the global GTR Finance team and carry out any other ad-hoc projects as required

Skills and Experience

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in financial/ strategic analysis gleaned from experience in a consumer goods/ retail environment or professional services
  • Strong communication, influencing & collaboration skills required in order to achieve results across the organisation
  • Comfortable organizing & prioritizing multiple deliverables & resource constraints to optimize results
  • High comfort modelling & understanding large & complex data sets into useful information & insights
  • Education: Accounting qualification preferred (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CA or equivalent). Degree level with strong results
