About the role

Your Opportunity

Global Planning Performance & Tech Senior Analyst is part of the Global Demand & Supply team that owns end to end global planning processes and tools to support the business. The role will focus on helping drive the company forward in supply chain digitalization, define and implement best practices in processes, tools, technologies and platforms for end to end planning. The Senior Analyst will also manage Global Supply Chain end to end KPI tracker with continuous improvement work to drive high performance.


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:

Areas of Responsibility:
  • Key player in company’s transition for supply chain and planning digitalization Support and develop technologies and platforms (i.e. SAP, IBP, Power BI) for Supply Chain Planning
  • Business Processes (heuristic, DDR, …) and lead enhancement requests to improve the system and ensure proper reporting
  • Global Supply Chain end to end KPI automation and management (OOS, DIOH, slow movers, write off, etc.) - Some Reporting activities can be required for visibility to the company and drive actions
  • Owner for Planning & System toolkit (BOA expert, SAP alerts, Controls, Training, etc.)
  • Continuous Improvement activities
  • System and process training to Global Supply Chain Community
  • Best Practice Process & Tools (Supply Planning, Lifecycle Planning, Interchangeability etc.)
  • Technical checks on conversion of Demand to Replenishment to Production and to Material forecast
Can extend knowledge and responsibilities to
  • Demand and Supply Network Planning
  • Production Planning, Material Supply Management & Inventory Management
  • Product Portfolio Management & Master Data management (Controls – Safety Stock, Targets, Missing info)
  • Organize & Manage Global Planning Community continuous improvement process and knowledge

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent technical skills including but not limited to SAP ECC/APO, BOA, advanced Excel and other AI systems
  • Passione for IT systems and new technologies
  • Digitalization experience
  • Project Management Skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication, written & presentation skills
  • Ability to make quick decisions for corrective action
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently with high degree of initiative and drive.
  • Listening and influencing skills.
Work Experience:
  • Experience with SAP, BOA, advance analytics in Excel or similar platform, Power BI, etc.
  • Experience in a production, logistics or supply chain environment Company (Minimum 3 years)
  • Planning experience (Demand, Supply, Production etc.)
  • Experience in improving business via continuous improvement process/Lean principles and incorporation of available systems technologies.
  • Experience in project management and/or system implements (SAP).
  • Bachelor degree in Operations, Logistics, International Management, Supply Chain
Language Skills
  • Fluent English
  • Other local languages an asset
