Responsibilities
- Manage Super Users community across the organization.
- Supports implementation of procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with ethical and legal requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure that procurement function meets the needs of the organization.
- Develop and implement procurement training programs for internal stakeholders to ensure that they are aware of procurement policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors.
- Develop and maintain procurement metrics to measure the effectiveness of procurement services and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Supports the Procurement Digital Strategy roadmap definition and collaborates in the implementation of the procurement technology solutions to enhance procurement team efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with procurement-related regulations and laws.

Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on procurement services.
- With great knowledge of Strategic and Operational Procurement processes and skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Proficient in procurement software tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends.
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
