ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsibilities
Drive controls to ensure alignment with the policy, ensure compliance throughout the trading chain, raise exceptions for approval.
Cooperate in the new fiscal year purchasing price requests renewal (plants) and selling price requests (group/ 3rd party distribution entities) and maintain the relevant pricing conditions.
Support during the year for price changes brought by innovation or model changes in both the pricing mailbox and in our master data tool.
Recommend and calculate new customer, vendor and products prices or transfer prices.
Drive discount control: check sales order to be released in accordance to group policies
Develop and present monthly pricing KPIs and action on required follow ups.
Drive internal pricing tool improvements recommendation and implementation.
Partner with stakeholders to support our Global trade activities:
It is important that you gain an understanding of the principles and functioning of our trading structure. With this you can actively support the approval and design of changes to the global trade flow by coordinating local, regional functional alignment. Including risk mitigation and escalation for approval.
Drive alignment of stakeholders to the agreed trade flow and ensure smooth execution on the approved flows, support TECH team in the implementation and coordination of user acceptance test.
Accountable for new route to market pricing analysis including Free Trade Agreement benefits and statutory margin through the supply chain.
Partner with our head office to maintain the global trade flow database ensuring alignment with Tax, Operation centers and regional supply chain.
Build partnership with the supply chain to guide on market-to-market process requests, to track and coordinate reviews with management.
Drive action and coordinate the weekly operating trading meetings focusing on near term deliverables.
Close collaboration with the markets and external partners, on a quarterly basis, prepare and review the financial situation on our minority investments partnerships and take corrective action once approved.
Engage with markets and global functions to review and recommend action on transfer pricing adjustments between manufacturing entities and Tradall and between Tradall and distribution entities. Once approved drive completion with the various stakeholders.
Accountable to calculate and recommend action on segmented Tradall statutory results on a quarterly basis and support global functions in statutory P&L basket allocation every year.
Partnering with consultants and global function to complete Tradall local transfer price file, on time, with the relevant stakeholders review and approvals.
Partner with various functions (global, regional finance, our share services center) for projects as may be required.
Skills and Experience
- Master degree in finance
- 5-7 years in finance and experience of cross border transactions
- English. Other language an asset
- IT literate (SAP, Excel, Word)
