About the role

Your Opportunity

The person in this role acts as an entrepreneur in a complex, competitive and challenging environment via pioneering activities which will drive joint growth – for Bacardi and its customers. They will be partnering with brand and customer marketing, supply chain, finance and revenue growth stakeholders to accelerate our business.


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:

Deliver targets: Delivery of customer related key revenue targets as determined by the financial plan, driving of sales and portfolio strategy within customer landscape, delivery of Key Group Account clients’ targets.

Team supervision: Management and supervision of Key Account Managers, ensuring team direction, motivation, and cohesion is maintained.

Managing customer relationships: Development and maintenance of effective and strategic relationships with key customers and influence the positioning of Bacardi brands within your dedicated Customer responsibility and be accountable for the implementation of Commercial plans that deliver against customer plans.
Strategies development and monitoring: Identification of opportunities and guidance of the development and execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance in key customers achieving value creation. 

Cooperation: Close work with the CPA, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Field Force and KAM Team across all channels, driving a shared vision and winning team spirit among the sales teams. Building and maintaining a positive relation and cooperation between all departments.

Developing talent & capability: Ensure own SMART development plan in Primo Profile and actively work to close competence gaps, gain new skills.

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Higher education in Economics / Management / Finance or another relevant field 
  • Professional experience in KAM role or similar position considered (minimum 3-4 years) 
  • Experience in team leadership
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to handle large amounts of data
  • Strategic mindset in order to build long term customers/ channel strategies
  • Resilience to stress in a dynamically changing market and working environment
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent Polish
  • English upper-intermediate (B2)
