About the role

You will be part of the HR Benelux & Nordics team and report into the HR Director BNL&N. You will play a crucial role in the development and execution of the people agenda at the country level. You will be an instrumental HR business and sparring partner to the Dutch & Nordics Managers and their teams. Understanding the inner workings and needs of the business in order to translate them into a motivating people plan for the countries that aligns with regional & global strategies. This key role covers a wide variety of HR topics as you will develop, coordinate and execute key programs across a wide variety of HR generalist functions. This position is the perfect step for a future international career within Bacardi.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities


• Be the go-to person and respected HR business partner
• Drive the global and regional people agenda with excellence and create a winning team with your business partners
• Work with the HR Director on talent development and capabilities by regular talent reviews and succession planning
• Facilitate employee training and development programs
• Deliver robust and value add recruitment
• Ensure accurate execution of primo data, hr systems, labour law and compensation & benefits
• Providing regular reporting & analytics to the organisation on people related matters that drive the people agenda
• Deliver ad-hoc HR projects with perfect execution

Your strong conceptual, networking and interpersonal skills will be key to your success in this role. Most importantly, you feel at home the world of spirits, advocating our brands and putting the internal and external consumer at the heart.


• Master or Bachelor degree, preferably in HR, Business or Law
• 3-5 years working experience in a HR generalist role
• Well-developed communication skills on all levels, presentation skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and analytical capabilities
• Independent thinker, business savvy, conceptually strong and solid judgement to make decisions
• Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion
• Thorough knowledge of Dutch legislation is a must. Legislation knowledge of Sweden or other Nordics country is e preference
• Bi-lingual (NL-ENG) is a must. Swedish or any other Nordics language is a preference
• The role requires bi-weekly traveling to Stockholm (2 days in a row every other week)
