About the role

WHAT DOES A SR HR ANALYST DO?

The Sr HR Analysts at Bacardi Brazil works in tight collaboration with the HR Head on strategic and local business and human resources priorities including talent management, employee engagement, and total rewards.

Responsibilities

WITH OUR PEOPLE AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
  • Support our culture and engagement programs in accordance with our Pillars and Family values.
  • Identify the best talent for current and future recruitment strategies. Support the recruitment, hiring and social onboard of staff.
  • Support the leadership team to build strong succession and development plans for their functions / teams.
  • Coordinate the internal communication process.
  • Serve as advisor to support decision process regarding work environment issues.
  • Partner with HR in Centres of Expertise and Shared Services to influence and execute the HR strategy, policies and programs
  • Advise and coach business leaders on interpretation of HR policies
  • Support benefits administration

Skills and Experience

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Human Resources / Psychology or related discipline experience
  • Working knowledge of local and federal labor laws and regulations, including labor relations
  • Experience in human resources management, talent development and / or benefits.
  • Knowledge of MS office suite and MS Teams.
  • Fluent communication in English is a must.

  • Able to handle multiple projects and tasks without losing sight of priorities.
