About the role

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

As HR Coordinator you will help deliver people solutions to leaders and Primos across the DACH cluster (Austria, Germany, Switzerland), working closely with the HR Business Partners in the DACH team and ensuring best in class service levels for the HR operations processes. 
You will play a vital role to deliver HR services along the entire employee lifecycle to approximately 230 employees. You will also support our own excellence journey by continuously optimizing solutions as well as a contributor to the global Hire-to-Retire project.

Responsibilities

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure administrative delivery of people solutions along the entire employee lifecycle for the markets of the DACH cluster (Austria, Germany, Switzerland)
  • Administration and management of all HR related systems within Bacardi (including Workday)
  • Administrative execution of hires, transfers and exits including certification and related correspondence 
  • Serve as a core contact point for Primos and collaborate with internal SharedServiceCenter
  • Communication and coordination with authorities, social security institutions and external service providers
  • Preparation and coordination of payroll processes across the markets
  • Preparation and coordination of retirement regulations and pensions, including execution of employer funded pensions
  • Creation of reportings, statistics and evaluations for Finance Controlling, Compensation & Benefits and people leaders
  • Support execution of local / regional / global people initiatives to be implemented within DACH cluster
  • Support implementation of Hire-to-Retire project on our journey towards a future HR Operating Model
  • Perspectively get involved in local projects around Talent Attraction and Development 

Skills and Experience

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • Ability and will to swiftly grow into a strong and agile HR expert for three markets
  • Initial experience with HR processes, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine interest in people topics and processes, including administrative execution
  • Drive to be part of a transformational journey and build future ways of working
  • Strong planning and coordination skills
  • Enjoys connecting to people and building strong networks 
  • Good understanding of labor legislation and willingness to dive into local specialties
  • Fluent in English and German
