Your Opportunity

The HR Coordinator will play a key role within the HR team, acting as a facilitator for all HR programs and initiatives keeping the team focused, efficient and as high-performing as possible. This role will provide on-going support to the functions within our HR Department.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Act as first point of contact for the Vice President of Human Resources and HR team, liaising with internal and external contacts to facilitate HR team communications and activities. 
  • Coordinate travel itinerary for VP, including point-to-point transportation and meeting arrangements as well as T&E expense submissions.
  • Responsible for calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external stakeholders to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings.  
  • Manage centralized calendar for NAM HR team including annual activities, program roll-outs and events including regularly scheduled NAM HR meetings.  
  • Creation and maintenance of HR Metrics Dashboard report for North America region and individual functions, using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other related software programs. 
  • Work with HRBP and Talent Management team with the scheduling and coordination of training sessions and seminars (SYC, Bacardi Ready Core, Leading @ The Edge). 
  • Assist HRBP’s with the preparation of quarterly Talent Review meetings.  
  • Maintains organizational charts for assigned clients groups. 
  • Perform other related duties or ad-hoc projects as required and assigned for the HR team.

  • Preferred candidate will have at least 3 years’ related experience 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Working understanding of human resources principles, practices, and procedures. 
  • Ability to function will in a high-paced environment.
