About the role

Your Opportunity

Director, HR, Greater China will play a crucial role in driving the people agenda from Regional strategy to country level execution. He or she will be an instrumental business partner to the Managing Director of Greater China and leadership team, understanding the inner workings and needs of the business to create an effective organization, driven by people who feel strongly engaged in the values, culture and ambition of Bacardi.

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be
  • To be an essential business partner for Managing Director of Greater China and Leadership team in all people related and organizational matters
  • Identifies and develops the future leaders of the geography through succession planning and talent management activities
  • Ensures that people are enabled, engaged and developed to deliver outstanding results through people engagement programs and initiatives
  • Delivers the global people agenda for the geography, leveraging global HR initiatives and assuring adaptation to needs

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Ideally 10+ years of HR generalist experience with focus on talent management, culture & engagement
  • Strong general business knowledge, past country-level leadership team membership desired
  • Experience managing and influencing matrix organization
  • Excellent skills in building engagement and coaching / counselling
